Re: Sore after chiro sessions
it seems like you are right.. my nerves started to work again and starting to feel pain again..
I actually felt this kind of pain when I was in 3rd/4th year high school after very strenous activities (sports and exercise)...and also in college.. when very very tired...
then in one of my routine chest xrays, a doctor told me i have scoliosis and that I need to be treated.. ignored it and learned to live with the pain and eventually seems to have forgotten about the pain (trying to finish college while working, wworking my ass of after college, then when I became a bit more comfortable financially, started to take care of my body again by exercising and eating healthy.. I felt that pain again.. wwent to chiro for a few sessions.. then forgot the pain again for a whwile.. then became pregnant.. and thats when the pain was at its wworse.. gave birth.. became so stressed raising a child, then learned my mother have cancer.. seems like forgetting is actually being numbed to pain as I try to focus on other concerns..
not I started taking care of myself.. I feel this pain again.. not too sure if its a good or a bad thing.. but am thinking its more good than bad(that am feeling the pain again where it should be at.. so I could heal)...
no, he didnt bend my leg over my body..
made me lie on my side.. then
he crossed my leg to one side.. and put some pressure on the hip (then heard some cracking).. did on the other leg as well..
made me lie on my back again (face up)
crossed my arm in front of my chest and also cracked my upper and lower back
then he put me on a table wwith my neck on a slightly elevated platform (again lying sideways).. then dropped that platform (heard crack again on my kneck).. he only did it on my left kneck (not the other one)..
my 3rd session would be on sunday...
