I agree. This sort of snide, sarcastic, 'It's all in your head' language:

To repeat, I had a worm infection for over a year, tried both pyrantel and Vermox to no avail, and only got rid of it after trying Albendazole (that "risky veterinary drug" with the same exact ingredients as the human version). Worm infections can be extremely stubborn and difficult to root out. The worms can hide literally anywhere in your body. Again I recommend to OP to try Albendazole (Valbazen). You can find the dosage instructions online.

Seeing worms in your doo-doo is a very traumatic experience. To this day I can't believe it happened to me. When I looked down in the toilet and saw a bunch of white worms, I felt like I was watching an alien movie, I was in denial. As a result, I can sympathize with someone like OP who dealt with it.
