I'm trying a raw vegetable diet. This is not a long-term diet, but nonetheless I'm finding it difficult to find resources for how to eat... other than smoothies. I'm not talking about a raw vegan/vegetarian diet. I'm have a raw vegetable diet. So nothing but raw vegetables (though I am allowing myself avocados as well).
Does anyone have any recommendations for books or sites that have recipes that just contain raw vegetables, not grains or nuts or fruits?
