Supplements that helped me calm down when I was at my worst:
100 mg of 5HTP in the morning and just before bed
750 mg of Gaba in the morning and just before bed
Fish oil (you're taking already)
Starflower oil 1000 mg a day
Also, you might want to check your ph balance - use one of those test trips. The more alkaline, the better I feel.
I know it sucks. Hang in there.

1000 mg of Garlic supplements from Holland & Barrett, a UK supplement store, put a 100% stop to all anxiety at one point. But had to stop because have a sensitive bladder and was contributing to that. If have you no bladder issues, try a ton of garlic and see if it helps.
Also, avoid fried foods. They make the anxiety worse. Stay off of them and see how you do.
