You misunderstand. There are TWO magnetic signals. One is the Schumann resonance, caused by lighting and solar flares. It comes from the atmosphere and is not the "heartbeat of the earth."

The other signal is the geomagnetic one, caused by fluctuations in the earth's magnetic field. It is modulated by minerals in the earth's surface. This signal very, very few people know about, and it is very poorly researched compared to Schumann waves. Therefore people frequently confuse it with Schumann waves, because they think Schumann waves are all that there is.

It may be possible to generate this geomagnetic signal, Schumann-generator style, by using an electromagnet on a magnetite core.

This would be key to magnetic therapy, since Schumann waves alone (without the geomagnetic ones as well) actually stress the body. Tweet
