Braden gets it both right and wrong, and the debunker manages to catch his errors... but misses the point.

The Schumann resonance is from above. The "heartbeat of the earth" is something wholly different and indeed much less well known, which Braden confused with the Schumann resonance.

Schumann resonance does exist, however. The influence of Schumann resonance on human behavior has been shown both in a study using a magnetic shielded bunker (by Wever et al, I think in 1968) and in astronauts (space stations contain artificial Schumann generators).

W Ludwig of Germany published a ton of literature on the effects of both the Schumann resonance and the "earth heartbeat" (geomagnetic frequencies) on people.
