I have had the same thing as you. Just happened again a few days ago. The only things that cause it are when I take a lot of cayenne, garlic never seemed to do anything.

I never went to a doctor about it because technically it's not in my stool, the stool is normal color but it seems to come from the rectum only. I always thought that hemorrhoids were caused by parasites, so now I'm almost positive. Not quite sure what to do about it since I want to keep parasite cleansing but I don't want to cause extreme symptoms like this.
