Unfortunately, cod liver oil that has been processed only has a synthetic D put into it by the manufacturers.

If a vitamin is listed on lablels, it was added in unless it says typical nutritional profile or something similar.

There is also, the problems with mercury and radioactive components from Fukushima.

These contaminants just put further stress on our immune system.
