also , how often do you eat tofu? that is soy , which can be detrimental to thyroid from what I have read many times. I have been eating a mono'ish diet, I only eat 1 or 2 different foods at a time, I never mix starch with meat, I eat brown rice with another veggie like broccoli or cabbage, I eat meat with non starch veggies, I think it has helped my digestion some to eat this way.
