Interesting, I did not know D3 helped with depression.

The past 2 years, I've had my D levels tested 2 times and both were out of range, quite low. I was put on D3 ( I think if was D3, don't know for sure now, will have to check) at 5,000 IU for 2 months, than back to 2,000 IU.

I'm sure I will get my levels checked more often now and think I will opt for the Life EXtention D3, which are high quality suppl.
