thanks Bugbuster for the awesome to do list. One thing I want to add, I'm wearing magnetic braclets and they almost immediately stop the popping sounds in my ears/head. Brain fog and other symptoms seem to disappear. My Chiro has a magnetic pulse machine which helps in the same way except it's a more intense "dose". morgellonscure.com sells the magnets. You can order a few and then make them yourself if you want, which is what I did.
