Yes, I've actually been staying away from most gluten for about 3 years, and 99% gluten-free since last January - a few months before my sickness got so bad that I had to take leave from work.
I got tested for Celiacs - they said not only did I not have it, but I didn't even have the genetic markers for it.
Did a food sensitivity test at the natural MD office - it showed moderate sensitivity to gluten.
