Have you been checked for gluten or celiac? I have that problem and you Have described me in almost all that you say. Gluten causes many problem and destroies the intestinal tract among other things. Glutenfreesociety.com . Dr Peter Osborne is an expert on this in Texas. He does phone appointments around the world. I'm in VA.
