I had a buteyko coach at the start when i was in a pretty bad way but i am solo now. I definitely recommend getting a coach in the early days if you are able to afford it, especially if you're quite sick as it can be a little tricky and the cleansing reactions can be extreme.

That's not to say it's impossible to do it by yourself but you have to be prepared for potentially going on a very big roller coaster ride for a while! Tweet
