Re: Does anyone else feel like crap 24/7?

Hey gatorkea..

I can relate to symptoms not ever going. If i'm emotionally feeling good or clear-headed for a few hours, my body is aching and joints are painful. I have the URGE so much to just get my life going again when my brain feels clearer.

Or if the physical aches and pains are minimal my head will feel clogged and choked-up - barely thinking straight when like that and urges to do anything are absent!

I think that 'keep going no matter what' urge put me into AF and other imbalances too.

From your story it's saddening to hear you were medicated so young. 7 Is far too young. It sounds as if you never got a good start in life and with your army experiences ti would only have added to already fatigued stress levels.

All i can say is try to remember that all cells in the body rejeuvente. I think for the entire body, including skeletal - it takes about 7 yrs for all cells to be replaced.

That doesn't mean sitting about for 7 yrs waiting for this to happen as all that'll be replaced are more cells in an ill state if balance is not introduced through nutrition, mobility, a positive belief you can heal coupled with an inner spirit that you don't want to give up on yourself.

Have faith in nature, whenever i stray from that TRUTH something occurs to remind me. Sometimes healing can be complicated with this regime or that - personally i haven't got the mind focus to put together a complex regime at the moment. It's important to remember such wonderful remedies as water, green juice, sunshine, even crying is a cleanse.

I too know what wanting to give up feels like. Truly i never know what tomorrow's mindset will bring - this year has been terrifying i will admit. Do you have 1 person in your life who knows what you're going through? It's important to at least have one compassionate person who you can talk to. There is this family on curezone too never forget :-)

I too have tried various diets. God...my whole family have had to put up with me 'experimenting with food' since i was 16. In fact, i'm now fed up with food!! It's not the best situation to feel in AF and not wanting to eat. Always had a great appetite but for 2 yrs getting calories in has been a struggle.
I too felt a fruitarian diet tanked my energy. I did it just after crashing. I was in bed for 6 weeks snacking constantly on fruit...feeling worse and worse despite me just hoping so much it would help. I started to even feel agressive, really agressive and annoyed - i had to stop! I have a friend who has been on it for a few years now, even he struggles with his health - so it's not the cure-all for chronic imbalances, despite what is claimed. I really wish there was a magic bullet diet fit for ALL - but sadly considering all the conflicting views and experiences, this isn't the case.

Diet will always be controversial - it's important to go with deep inner instinct what you need to eat when. Knowing nutritional cravings from habitual/imbalance cravings can be difficult but i've found that nutritional cravings don't go away - habitual/allergy cravings come and go.
Habitual cravings tend to come on strong and occupy your mind whereas true nutritional cravings come in slowly...normally just before a set-meal time if you have those - and will continue to be a craving even if you do eat but have eaten something other than what you're truly needing.
I think that's why many on a SAD diet are often hungry all the time. Being so nutritionally deficient the brain and body is constantly hungry for nutrition. Cycles of sating that hunger with rubbish food is easily formed..and thus the perpetual hunger continues.

So now i eat by instinct. Even if it's a whole head of steamed salty broccoli and nothing else! My hair analysis came back with diet recommendations and ironically i find it's the diet i'm already on. So going with true inner instinct works.

A fabulous salt that has around 90 minerals is Celtic Sea Salt - the grey coloured stuff - UNREFINED. (if it's white don't buy it!)
Rock salts also have minerals of course, generally around 40. I use pink himalayan aswell as CSS.

Huge luck from Ireland :-)
