Dsr, i find the chips too difficult to place in the gums and they seem to end up everywhere but the gums.but i shall try again , you say that they help with the infection right. worth another shot then. reusing the carpules is a great idea too.

Jenifer, i use msm,vit c,d and try to eat seaweed(not very successful). i tried cooking liver and couldnt down even a small piece... i guess buying the powder might be a better idea. I am not inclined towards the rooting and scaling thing either.
