Re: See a chiropractor

Any accident, no matter how “minor”, should always be followed up by seeing a chiropractor to align the spine. Our spine carries messages to various organs and a pinched nerve can affect the messages the brain is trying to send. A spinal chart will surely tell which bone is a fault when a particular organ is affected.

It is good that you are aware of declining health since that incident. No amount of herbs or Rx can truly work until spine is corrected.

Quote from Doc Sutter here on CureZone:
Doc Sutter’s four fundamentals are:
1. Straighten the human body out mechanically which prevents mechanical breakdown and allows normal nerve expression.
2. Clean the body of all the chemicals, parasites and accumulated debris it has picked up over the years.
3. Feed it the correct food to allow healing to manifest.
4. Stay active, get some exercise.

If you take a close look at the great healers in our society right now you'll see they all have developed programs to accomplish correcting the breakdown of one or more of these four fundamentals. Most of them concentrated on cleansing and nutrition. Schulze, Clark, Barefoot, Donsbach, Hoxie, it doesn't matter, they all are cleaning and feeding the human body to get it back to "normal". Normal being, as described by Gray and Guyton, the standard. There are no cures if you treat the disease. –Doc Sutter
