whenever i put Nystatin up there, my liver & kidneys hurt. i get huge die-off from it. and this white stuff, sometimes yellowish, sometimes even black, will come out. i hate doing it. does anyone know what the different colors are?

try using a syringe without the needle of course :D then you don't have to do an enema first, you can just shoot it up there, with a tiny bit of water in the syringe, hold it in for a bit, and you'll feel the die-off before you know it. usually the die-off will come out as soon as you try, but if not, it'll come out the next day on the john. i took Jorge's advice and held it in overnight a few times, and that's when my organs hurt the most.
