If you could find a liquid that is safe for enema, and would dissolve nystatin thus delivering it deep into intestinal wall to kill embedded fungi, then I think you could hit a home run with your treatment.

I have searched literature but have not yet found such an ideal substance.

The closest thing is Peceol.
