Yes, I am absolutely sure that the biggest problem is how ineffective oral therapies are. My infection is in the colon or at the end of the small bowel and colon.
It makes sense that oral medications, even the non-absorbed have a very difficult task reaching the colon effectively.
They will mix with food, fecal matter, dead flora, etc.

I have done all orally and the lower infection don't subside.

It is hard to find a substance that we can use in enemas and be safe for the bacterial flora and liver. The only thing I have found is Nystatin.
I will persevere with it for a longer time and will keep the forum informed.
