Thanks so much for your suggestions!! They are all very good, and I am doing quite a few myself already. But, we all have our bad days and know how tough it can be sometimes.
Quick question - have you had any success with antidepressants? I keep thinking I may want to try them again, but I've tried twice before and the side effects were just too much to take. I am thinking that if I can lower my stress level, the BO may abate as well. Or, any alternative antidepreessants, for that matter?
