Yes, activated charcoal. It seems to improve the breath odor that comes from the stomach. Take one and if you don't see much of an improvement after about 30 min. to an hr., take another. Be careful, too much and it constipates.

Triggers of BO are also stress and anxiety. Some people have posted that being on antidepressants or anti anxiety medication helped them with their BO.
