I understand that you dont want to give up activity that both of you enjoy but if you suffer from candida you should consider risk you taking.
If you have unprotected and oral sex both ways you should both take some kind of antifungals afterwards.I woudnt worry about Sugar though but candida infection you can pass to each other.
Before I went down with candida and had enough energy for sex I enjoyed rimming both ways,but as you can imagine I cant do this anymore,at least for now:) Tweet
