Re: Update on Sebastian Reed

This is a message from Sebastian Reed. My name is now Abdullah Reed. It's December 2012. I'm Muslim and I thank God for it almost every day.

I still try to eat well to keep my body healthy, and I can say that it is indeed much healthier than 10 years ago.

I have 2 children with another one on the way, and I live in West Java, Indonesia. I pray every day, as beleivers are commanded by God, and I fast in the month of Ramadhan.

I also fast voluntarily sometimes. I hope it helps my health, yet my first reason for fasting is to please God, not just for good health.

I don't want any metals or plastics in my teeth. At present there aren't any. I hope it stays that way. I often eat simple food. I make my own bread and often sell to my neighbours or give it to them.

The Qur'an says about God: "It is He who heals you when you are sick". I recommend honey as a cure-all. It is mentioned as a healer in the scripture.
