Use medicinal grade Cayenne topically, you can blend it with White Mineral Oil.

Before we had that knowledge the most effective thing was a T2 in that area pre-erruption.

You can also use CS, but you need to soak a paper towel in CS apply it then cover with Saran Wrap. If its not wet it won't work. Tweet
