Re: Meditation alone cures anxiety, depression, bipolar, and many other ills

You name any medical condition, psychological or physical and I can find many instances of it being cured - from depression and bipolar to hypertension and cancer - all with meditation alone.

Meditation changes the wiring of the brain and here are just a few of the numerous articles:

Meditation wards of illness:

Science is becoming more and more aware that there is no such thing as a "chemical imbalance" of the brain:

General Benefits:

I could list hundreds more articles and scientific studies of the benefits of meditation, but doing it is so much more beneficial than reading about it.  Yes, I take Omega 3 in the form of fish oil and have found many physical benefits to it but not necessarily mental.

So many people here on Cure Zone are looking for a pill to "cure" their ills and I find them no different than those who bow down to the medical community.  There are many other alternatives.

Happy healing.
