hmmm I hope I dont have strongyloides but....

Have been treating scabies with mixed results... they seem to be getting smaller and smaller. But about a week or so after two doses of ivermectin they started popping out of my nose and elsewhere in my face, a little. Again They have been on my scalp quite some time and were misdiagnosed. It is possible that I recall the novement behind the eye... that was described in a recent post... it is possible (though I know it sounds improbable) that all this started not on my vatrious trips overseas last year but when a bug flew right into my eye a year or so ago-- and I think the dead thing got stuck in my eye for a while-- with some odd rashes afterwards... definitely something started after that but then calmed down and it was not till this Fall that the bumps on my head started to open and itch and then with scratching after a few weeks I had scabies, which I at first thought were bed bugs. I dont have health insurance...

That said, I would be ok with taking the western medical approach ie more ivermectin if that indeed can do the trick. I did just get some sulfur and want to do whatever I can. I am concerned that I would pass this on to people -- are both scabies and strongyloides equally infectious? My family has invited me over for Christmas --what do I do?!
