Stones are coming out, diarrhea, pain, what's happening?

So I was on the Hulda Clark parasite cleanse for 18 days and now I'm on maintainence, meaning 1 dose of Black-Walnut hull, wormood and clove once a week (they are big doses).

I'm doing the Bowel Cleanse now and am almost a week into it - today I had feenel seed and turmeric, betaine hydrochloride, Lugol's iodine, my b vitamin, d, mag oxide, I had a calcium d-glucarate and ate lots of fat and protein (my nutritionist had me switch off my smoothies and juicing b/c my blood Sugar has been wonky) so breakfast was bacon, cheese, egg, avocado.

Last night, I had done a coffee enema. I feel like not all the coffee came back out toward the end.

Fine all day, but feel mild eye dryness, red eyes, headachey. Then tonight I had diarrhea after drinking a kombucha. I got stones out?
Some were green and some were yellowish/off white/gray colored. They were floating. There was other stuff - not sure what.
Now I'm having bouts of diarrhea and pain under my left rib cage - the pain is subsiding but it was really tender and achey and gurlgy.

I also took a 600 mg malic acid yesteray and another today in prep for flushing friday but I'm postponing my flush til next friday instead.

Any idea what's happening? How the stones made it out? Why I have this pain and diarrhea?

I was going to do another coffee enema tonight but am not now.
