26 Flushes Later
Hello everyone,
I am a new forum poster, but I am by no means new to the
CureZone Forums . For years I've skulked and never contributed so I decided that it's about time to change that.
I am now 27 years old and for the last 2 years and a bit I've been doing monthly liver flushes, totaling 26. I knew about flushing the liver years prior but it took me some time to summon up the courage to finally begin. My desire to flush was precipitated by years of acne. Actually it has been 13 years now of pretty serious
Acne that not only includes the face but also the back, arms, side of upper legs, gluteal region, and some on the front of the torso.
No need to tell you what you already know, but any
Acne sufferer knows that it sucks ! This perpetual feeling of uncleanliness due to the skins irregularity is mentally debilitating. Alas ! I started doing the flushes, and after my 11th or so flush my digestion improved quite a bit. Well formed, easily passed stools were the norm, until I decided to do a
parasite cleanse. The
parasite herbs messed up my digestion and a year later I am still far from what I had achieved there. My belief is that if I did have parasites, their die off caused a sharp increase of workload on my liver and other channels of elimination thereby contributing to the problem.
Nonetheless, no more
parasite herbs. Again with the flushing. I've continued to the present making it a total of 26 flushes. I own a copy of
Andreas Moritz 's book "The Amazing Liver and Gallbladder Flush" and sometimes I wonder about his perspective that most people will require 7-12 flushes, with some exceptions requiring up to 20 flushes. If he were still alive what would he say to people who do more than that figure, say 30 or 40 or perhaps 50 ? Such utter congestion seems obscene, which sometimes has my mind swaying and considering the side of the anti-flushers saying that all that the intrahepatic stones/
Gallstones are is just the byproduct of olive oil, grapefruit juice, and
Epsom Salts . But then again revisiting the arguments for
Liver Flushing usually allays my uncertainty and prompts me to continue flushing.
I ponder how I could have possibly become so congested, I'm so young blah blah blah. But in retrospect, apparently my mom gave me coca cola in a baby bottle when I was 3 years old, my dad worked in a chocolate factory when I was a kid, and my sweet tooth was ever yearning for more even as I grew, body abuse with recreational drugs, on 2 occasions nearly requiring hospitalization due to extreme pain around the solar plexus (liver area). Then I think...yep that makes sense, I must have developed a lot of these stones at those points, when the liver was trapping poisons within the structure of the stones.
Nonetheless, I wanted to give you some background on me. I have done 26
Liver Flushes and still my
Acne persists. It seems to get better and subside over some areas of my body and then appear on different areas which makes me think it is a sort of repatterning that people have mentioned before, esentially the body reverting back along a continuum to the start of the acne. I just completed the lat flush 1 week ago around the new moon. I will continue to flush ardently and look into the future with apprehension about my skin contiditon. My diet is free of flours and their products, sweets, alcohol for the most part. I do eat dairy, mainly yogurt, raw cheese ( gruyere, emmentaler ) , I do eat meat and veggies, fruits, nuts, seeds.
Anyone have any encouraging successful stories to share please do, they will be welcomes !
Thank you :)
