Re: First Venture Into Iodine Supplementation with Iodoral

Two weeks of awful. Non-stop. Really bad. Then the heart palps - OMG, am I having a heart attack? Quick, drink the water....wooo, all's better. Night after night after night...

I am so happy I didn't give up and quit. I thought about it. It was one of the worst things I have gone thru. Once the two weeks were over, things lightened up a bit.

It was well worth it. I was taking 50-100 a day along with the supplements: Vit C (couple hours later), selenium, CoQ10, etc.

Now, it's 50 mg a day for me. I am doing great and the goiter I have seems to have given up. It is still there, I can tell. It's a tiny little bump. Have had it since 2006.

Good luck to you! Hang in there. It will be worth it to your health. :)
