I've been dumping ketones, and I sure can feel the ravages of high blood sugars these days! I'm kicking off antidepressives though, I want to go the build-it-up way instead of 'cover it over with apathy' way. I'll probably have the first proper end of bromide withdrawl in the beginning of January.

Nothing's quite so arglebargle as the sort of brainfog where you think 'Ok, I need this so I can continue with this task'.. And then as soon as you've gone into the next room, you forget what you wanted to fetch! That's low glutathione levels and heavy metal toxicity. It's a female dog in heat sometimes. >.<
