You can buy PH strips at aquarium or health food stores. Many people say they aren't accurate. That doesn't bother me. Just test your tap water. If it's 7.0, it's accurate enough for me:)
Hey, you could have the most fabulous health journey ever! I say that because I am artsy fartsy too! At the worst of my chronic fatigue, my PH was so low, that my brain fog was massive! I couldn't play my guitar at all. I didn't even have desire to play. As my PH went up and I detoxed, my brain cleared. Now that I look younger for my age, my brain is actually working better than it did when I was young.
I am writing so many songs on my guitar! I could never do that before.
So for you to be artsyfartsy, even though you are sick, says SO much. What if you detoxed that amazing brain of yours? How fabulous a painter would you be then:)? Tweet
