You know, one way you can counter being cold in the wintertime is to focus on eating more higher sodium veggies (foods) and stay away from tropical foods that are high in potassium....save those for the summertime, when you can benefit from being cooler. It really worked for me.

Higher natural sodium in foods in winter to stay warmer, and higher natural potassium in the summer to stay cool. Even better if it is locally grown.

Sometimes that is all that is needed. Happy Healing.
