Re: The Cure For Parasites And Lyme

hi Justin-
somehow your story strikes a chord w/ me. I was big time adventurer about 10 years ago, hiker, partier etc. I was bitten by many ticks. after 6 years ill and undiagnosed I finally discovered it was lyme and bartonella and babesia (all separate diseases that can be transmitted by ticks). now 4 years later still in a struggle but more recently hammered by a nasty full blown parasite invasion after eating contaminated fish. my immune system couldn't take it. so now i'm here,,, looking for answers to something that is even more of a deep dark abyss then lyme and co=infections. fighting to get my life back. definitely need to be a fighter. none of this is for the faint of heart.
first advice from me is change your diet. if you havnt already. no sugar. period. i'll just tell you my diet and maybe that will help...
I eat animal protein at every meal,,, try to eat about 65% of my meal vegetables steamed, 35% protein.
lots of green foods and veggies to steer the body into alkaline state which is where healing flows smooth. I eat sauerkraut w/ each meal to replenish good organisms in my gut which has been ravaged thru the years. also drink my own hoimemade water kefir all day. this is like inviting the right folks to the party,,, gut ecology.
no dairy for me whatsoever. no wheat/gluten.
drink lemon water all day.

there is so much more to my daily regime but that is just sort of the core. stay alkaline, heal the gut etc

I have all sorts I could share about the lyme dimension which you probably most likely have since ticks everywhere at this point are pretty much infected with all kinds of ugly pathogenic organisms.
I know pretty much all treatments out there natural and other and i'm sure a lot of people here do as well. I am learning when it comes to parasites. so far my intensive education/internship has been in daily learning the best way to get over the tick-borne diseases for past 4 years.
going to the hospital to get anbx doesn't actually pan out that way. its really far more complex navigating it all unless you can find a really good lyme literate practitioner nearby who really understands the chronic lyme and all that is needed.
if you have specific questions let me know. my brain is compromised pretty bad, but I can pull it together when theres a need or a purpose to fulfill.
peace
coastanoan
