I've been listening to people talk about chem trails for 20 years. Honestly I think I pretty much done investigating it.
Most of the times it seems people just aren't informed. For instance in this thread Newport claims human industrial emissions can't account for all of the Mercury in the ocean therefore it must come from chem trails. That's simply not true at all. they're getting better and better at tracking the Mercury and it is getting more and more obvious most of it comes directly from human activity, usually coal power plants.
as for this claim
-"contractors in afghanistan right now who make the rounds on a regular basis to the wells in the villages. there is a box with a cypher lock. once opened, a button which when pushed delivers a pellet of depleted uranium into the well is depressed."-
