If you've only been taking vitamin C since last week, you have to give it more time! You might try using liquid COQ10 along with the oil pulling. A good one is Vitol, you can find it at Amazon. I also used an herbal mouthwash formulated by an herbalist consisting of echinacea, ginger, hibiscus, bayberry, oak, Black-Walnut , myrrh, prickly ash, and tea tree, ravintsara and peppermint essential oils.

I've also used magnesium oil orally for rinsing and brushing, diluted with water. It remineralizes teeth and strengthens gums.

I take alfalfa tablets and other green superfoods.

And urine therapy, just drinking, and holding in mouth for short periods.
