Thanks for your excellent and informative post and links.

For decades my blood blood pH has been abnormally high (metabolic acidosis) despite a diet that those into alkalizing diets would say should have made me acidic.

I've been doing everything I can to balance out my pH, and bring it closer to normal.

Right now I'm taking Terramin Red Desert Clay, and hope that will move me to better pH balance.
