Re: Acid or Alkaline? Which pH inhibits Candida overgrowth?

I agree. The same goes for saliva Ph. Urine Ph changes more rapidly than the saliva Ph. I measure my saliva Ph first thing in the morning and am working to get it up to 7.

The Ph rise is somewhat hard to do,because of all the toxins (other than ammonia) secreted by candida are acid, like acetaldehyde).
