I'll take your word for that mh, while you say that, ill have to read book 1 for more Proof, for me anyways the only way ive herd of is live cell therapy. its great after you do it, your heart is fixed, and never need to do it again, while i perfer the live cell, because i feel better about it, each person should do what they feel is best for them or if you have enough abilty, you can use psychic power to healh your heart, i herd you talk about it before, and im sure it works great for a heart thats not deformed, only damaged from bad diet and lifestyle, as for a heart defect from birth live cell is the only way i know of, otherwise nutrition is the only real way i know of to rebuild the body and your mind

I dont know about other people, but i love to be very active doing hard physical stuff in my life, to keep me strong, i dont lift weights any more, im always lifting / moving heavy stuff, plus im building stuff, plus im carrying heavy stuff for mile's / hours at a time. exercise is pointless and i litterally mean that, what the point of lifting weights or working out when you dont get any thing finished in real life? your just running for the hell of it, not because you enjoy it. you lifting heavy weights, for the only reasons to look good / big muscles. in stead of building stuff on your property or ect.. / whatever. thats why people hate it. and dont want / wont do it.
BETWEEN PROPER DIET AND PROPER BREATHING, ANY HUMAN SHOULD BE CAPABLE OF LIVING 125+ YEARS OLD AND AD SOME HERBS TO THAT AND IT SHOULD BE ENDLESS.
i see what the BAREFOOT HERBALIST'S dealth limit of possiblity is, its set/locked to 125 years with a slim to non exsistant hope that he can go further simply because he have no proof, / no real plan that he knows of that he knows for sure that he will live far beyond 125. he's just hoping his herbs and fruit will get him there, with lots of doubt. and hopeing he will find some super herb that makes him life forever. he is seeking answers outside of thyself. because its "out there and ""not in his self"
