 Yo,

So I've been on the fruit only diet for at least 2 months, with plenty of fresh OJ, LBB, and kidney + pancreas tincture.

Besides the strength loss and weight loss, and the occasional feeling weaker than normal (compared to the vegetable + meat diet) I noticed my muscles are getting sore from hardly any exercise. The only time I ever had muscle soreness when on the meat diet was after a heavy weightlifting session, or running a marathon.
So why are my muscles sore from hardly any strenuous exercise (just walking around will make my calf muscle sore the next day)?

People almost everywhere will tell you their way is best, whenNOTHING WORKS FOR EVERYONE, you have to find what work for you

Muscles are breaking down from lack of building blocks (protein/amino acid's)

My mate who is doing a fruit only diet also reports sore muscles, especially lower back.

when you get more estrogen it lowers your testosterone because that ratio gets outta whack then evunally you get so much estrogen you testosterone gets down to 400ng/dl or less. Iodine helps eleminate estrogen and boost testosterone. Dont let the dr's lie to you quote"oh your testosterone is 400? oh its 800 its not out of range thats in the NORMAL range" that is a lie, what was testosterone for strong men in the old days in the 1930's? 2000 how can it then be normal to have testosterone of 400 or 800? even if your 80 your testosterone should be 2000ng/dl     when you cholestol level's drop below 185 you dont make any hormones, fat cell's take testosterone and make estrogen out of it, via armoatase enzyme produced by that fat cell's, the more fat you have the more estrogen you have

 

a good way to find out is go to your dr and have testosterone estrogen and cholesterol tested its best not to debait with the "expert with the medical dagree" they will say, who's the MD here? not you I am, im the one with medical training, just say to your dr, im concerend about my hormone level's esp testosterone estrogen and cholesterol & if i remember correctly lack ofvitamin d lowers your testosterone by as much as 25% Vitamin d is a hormone after all. one of many known and unknown if your vitamin d is 30 or close its big trouble, vitamin d needs to be 70- 90 

its best just to have the dr test and then let them tell you what ever then, use your hormone test and go from there

what are hormones made from? fat & Protein(amino acids) - cholesterol is made from fat, you body makes more cholesterol than eating 4 oz of butter, you body makes over 1000mg of cholesterol a day 

cholesterol is made from amino acids and fat, that cholesterol goes from the liver to the adrenal's to make prengalone and progesterone & others & DHEA then to your family jewels and you make testosterone. and dopamine breaks down into (norepinephrine(Adrenal Hormone)) lack of dopamine causes low adrenal output, low testosterone, = sore muscles, lack of protein (amino acids) sore muscles see how this relates?

 

 

 


Edit: I don't do any strenuous exercise anymore because I don't have the energy or power. Will I regain this strength, or is it impossible on this kind of diet?

You just dont have the strength and vigor and vitality anymore and here's why

 

its kinda impossible, you need dopamine, and shen(spirit) herbs. Mucuna is really rich in the precuser to dopamine L-dopa / leva-dopa.

When your testosterone is high you will have strength, and it isnt size, in the 1930's there were people that would pick up a 5000 # + train axle and they barely weighed 200 pounds its not muscle size, its how much testosterone you have, think of it this way. could you power an eletric car with a small D battery? no. you can power it with alot of larger capicity batteries, that have much more juice(amp's) than a little puny d battery. Doesnt feel like your muscles r running on a little (d battery?fruit) when you feel weak vs a set of (forklift batteries?meat) the more testosterone you have the more strength w/o having huge bulky slow muscles that dont have real strength and getting enough vigor / energy from the fresh food we eat

im not telling you to eat meat, heck even MH eats meat(fish) he eats what ever he wants. What i am for is high quality food, non-gmo and organic, doesnt matter if its meat or a vegan protein right?

 

MH wouldent you agree, people are going to eat what ever they want to, so this is for you mh, you have to work with what are they willing to do.? are they willing to give up meat? no? you cant force them to, something they dont want to, or else they probly wont come to your forum. will they take herbs? yeah, great now we have a starting point. will they eat some fruit great, its a start, its best let them make the choice, wanting someone to quite cold turkey,  will just keep them eating cold turkey. its best to get them to add in this or that add in 1 thing everyweek, so the good pushes out the bad untill theren isnt room for anything bad.
