Thank you. Interesting. As I listened to the video, it seamed un natural to me.

I do agree about not using highly processed oils,

but I do believe in using cold-pressed, expeller pressed raw oils in moderation. . . . even in Biblical times, the raw form of olive oil was used.

I have not used processed oils in years.

I just don't believe that not using any of these "Good, raw-organic, unprocessed oils is bad for one.

The brain needs oils, especially Omega 3's, and for the endrocrine glands and inflammation, as "Life Extension" indicates, a very highly respectable source that intigrates conventional, but mostly alternative, longevity health.
