The Easier Way to Juice Fast
Reduces cleansing reactions and hunger.

I would consider this method a joke. You would be better off collecting the dew off the tree leaves and grass in the mornings. Ideally you want a non-electric distiller, we have these for the Amish way. I suggest electric and ONLY a non-electric for extended black outs of 30 days or more! Keep a 5 gallon container of water and don't worry about it. Use oregano and it will keep for a long time.
