Why do you think that's a "lot" of sugar? I used to believe that would be too much too.
Now it's my opinion that the only time there can be too much Sugar is when there is too much fat blocking your insulin's ability to attach to and transport the Sugar into your cells, thus leaving "too much sugar" floating around in your blood leading to diabetes and causing Candida overgrowth is some.
Btw, I'm up to about 10 pieces of fruit per day on average. It would probably be a lot more if it wasn't the start of Winter!
