I am on raw food diet. The rookie mistake many of us make, is eating too many nuts&seeds to replace animal products and bread. Then we end up with candida problems. But the solution for us is to eat less than 10% of your calories from fat. So I eat all kinds of nuts and seeds, but about 400 calories a day. My diet is 2000 calories or more, and I eat 15 pieces of fruit/day. That's alot of sugar, but no candida issues anymore. Too much fat in diet, means you won't be able to absorb all your sugar, so candida blooms
