Preparing for first water fast (for worms?)

Hi guys. Allow me to tell you about my situation

I am sick of watching my health decline due to an Ascaris infection that has scattered, as well as a possible tapeworm. It eats me up inside and scarr's me emotionally as well. Will a long determined Water Fast kill them?

Some say yes, some say the parasites will actually eat at your organs instead. That is a little dis-heartening to say the least, and scary as well.
