Sinus issues are parasitic related.
Saline washes, seaprose, mucostop, enzymes and getting the load down drastically.
Hunger can be tapes, ascarsis..grinding teeth..many symptoms.
Candida too..it takes over the host as well.
Everyone has a little candida, cancer,and parasites.

Sugar and yeast products feed all diseases.
Do not forget fungus..just avoid mushrooms, peanuts, pistachios,all breads. many on the list.
Only medicinal mushrooms are safe and good to eat.

Eat like a caveman...limit meat, stay out of the aisles at the grocery store...just fruits, veggies..but they must be cleaned well or all cooked or frozen.
