Water is a problem everywhere..giardia/crypto is present in all water.
Boil for 20 minutes always from tap water.Chlorine will not kill that beast..only steam or boiled.
Some parsites can survive in a frozen state too.
Freeze all meats for 24hrs or longer.
Refrain from all pork.

WAsh all foods with vinegar and then peroxide..both, can add salt too.
Before drinking /cooking too. Boil the water 20 minutes.
I use a tea kettle with high steam.

All foods have parasites, they are everywhere.
