Re: hypoglycemia during my cycle

I went to my chiropractor tonight, and this is just his opinion, but he thinks my hormone levels are fine it's just that my liver is sluggish and doesn't break down estrogens/process them well...

He muscle-tested me for the Lugol's and said just to take two drops for now. So I did - seemed fine.

I was just worried b/c I'm also doing the Clark parasite cleanse now and didn't want all this stuff at once... but I guess I can get the other cosupplement (I have most of them on hand) and just go for it.
