I haven't done Iodine yet for a number of reasons - one b/c when I used to supplement years ago, I did it the "old-fashioned" way and used the blue stuff, and put it on my leg, when it absorbed, I put more, til it stopped absorbing. And that was so simple.
Now I don't get what to do. What's the co-supplementation? I think the co-supp threw me off too b/c I've been doing so many other things - like right now I'm doing Black-Walnut /wormwood/clove for my parasite cleanse, and I wasn't sure what was going to interact with what.
