Thanks! Yeah, when I was "normal" my sleep schedule was 1 or 2 AM to anywhere from 10 AM to 12 PM, but I woke up earlier for class a few times a week and adjusted fine. I went to sleep at 5 AM this morning and woke up at 10-something and was going to stay up in an attempt to fix my sleep schedule but I went back to sleep until 3 PM. Really makes it hard to get anything done.
I haven't tried those. I do take probiotics (42 billion cells) and they have regulated my bowel movements but didn't help the other symptoms. I was meaning to get the NOW dairy digestive supplements so I'll also try the super enzymes.
